Alright, this one takes a long time, but if you put all the stuff in a crockpot in the morning, this stuff is golden by dinnertime. Pan-fry those veggies (carrots, broccoli, celery, etc), ground bison, and sliced bacon strips and put them in the crockpot with some garlic, tomato puree, and crushed tomatoes. You can also add spices like cumin, coriander, and even chipotle powder if you like it spicy.
