Marissa's Balls

Yeah, Balls!
Take 2lb ground grass fed beef, 1/2 cup of almond meal, a splash of almond milk, 1 egg, 1tb italian seasoning or fresh herbs, some pepper, a cup of chopped fresh spinach, 1/2 chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves and put them all together in a bowl. Mix together with your hands and form them into BALLS! Place balls on foil lined cooking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 375. Yeah!!!
