Pan-Fried Porkchops with Cinnamon Honey Pear Glaze and Vegetable Rollups

 
Jimmy made this by caramelizing pear in coconut oil, then adding raw cinnamon honey. While that was simmering, he coated the porkchops with egg and almond flour and panfried those bad boys. The vegetables are just chopped and stir fried and tossed over huge romaine lettuce wraps.
