The salmon is simply seasoned and pan fried. The fried rice was the real treat today. The "rice" is grated cauliflower!! Then it's mixed and panfried with a bunch of other vegetables, an egg, and "coconut aminos" which is a great substitute for soy sauce!! This tasted better than rice and as Jimmy says, "It's the only way to feed me an entire cauliflower in one sitting."
