Jimmy's Slow-Cooked Ribs

This morning, Jimmy put a bunch of chopped, seasoned veggies (celery, carrots, bell peppers, and onions) in a crock pot and placed some seasoned grass-fed ribs on top. They were seasoned with sea salt, pepper, garlic, coriander, and a little rosemary. Then he turned the slow cooker on. Seriously. THATS IT!!!! Then we ate it with some amazing bbq sauce that he added jack daniels to. And some mixed veggies.  

Special Tip: Save the veggies you put in the crockpot to blend into gravy for another day!
