Day 2

What I ate, in order:

  • Vitamin and Mineral mix with water
  • Honeycrisp apple
  • Banana
  • Carrots dipped in organic hummus
  • Chicken Breast with Guacamole
  • Beet/Carrot/Ginger/Apple Juice
  • 4 Small Coconut with raw cocoa macaroons
  • Stir fry: Red onion, bacon, brussel sprouts, asian pear
  • Vitamin and Mineral mix with water
  • Banana, Almond Milk, and Raw almond butter mixed and frozen. YUM!
