Day 4

What I ate:

-2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon
-Vitamin and Mineral Water
-Organic fair trade coffee
-Beet/Carrot/Apple/Ginger juice
-Kale Salad with cucumbers, cabbage, apple cider vinegar
-4 cocoa maccaroons
-B12 vitamin
-Fingerling potatoes, kale and beet stirfry, grass fed beef burger
-vitamin and mineral water
