Day 3

What I ate, in order:


  • 2 Eggs, 3 strips of bacon
  • Vitamin and Mineral Water
  • Beet/Carrot/Apple/Ginger juice
  • dried mango
  • banana
  • leftover brussel sprout/bacon/onion mix
  • scramble with 2 eggs, bacon, kale, carrots, onions
